Bug found in email notification of action-trigger-events

We want zabbix to send us an email if some triggers go activ.
This seems to work only, if we use explicit the name of the host
in the action - when we use the "win32"-template we don´t get
an email.

The status of the trigger in the trigger-overview is displayed
correctly! So the trigger-function works well - the bug occours
in conjunction trigger -> action.
