CPU Utilization problem

I am having a problem with the beta10, and zabbixw32 agent on my windows servers, both 2000 and 2003... I am not able to pull the CPU Utilization information, I added it with the following key, system.cpu.util[all,system,avg1] But it doesn't collect any information. I have tried it with "all", "0", and "1" for the CPU, and none seem to be collecting any information. What else is interesting is that it is not changing status to "not supported".. it just isn't collecting anything.

Is there anything else I can check to help troubleshoot this?

actually I guess it does change to not supported, it just takes longer than I thought it would.

May I ask you to try system.cpu.util[,system,avg1]. Please report if it works.

Using system.cpu.util[,system,avg1] worked fine, but whenever I try to get values for a specific CPU system.cpu.util[1,system,avg1] it returns "Not Supported".

Hi Alexi,
As per your suggestion i tried to Create an ITEM , to monitor System CPU Utilization for Windows 2003 with the same parameter but getting the error , in windows XP it worked but in Windows Server 2003 Its showing NOT SUPPORTED Please find the attchemnt of the Create Item menu which i used to Create , Even i used Zabbix Active Agent to create Item ,If iam wrong with this Please helop me out , As we have nearly 40 Windows Server 2003 that needs to be monitored .
