Notification Repeat Bug in beta9-11

I already wrote here, what since beta 9 zabbix cannot write changed triggers state to database properly! It has not been fixed neither in beta10, nor in beta11. I'm going mad every time i got a lot of SMS's, looking on server and found, that all okay! So, i' back again to beta8, it seems much stable, than two lasts!
