Error, when removing web scenario step from a template

When I try to remove a web scenario step from a template, that is linked to a host, I get the following error (After clicking "Save"):

ERROR: Cannot update web scenario
Updated: Web scenario "Scenario name" on "Template name".
Empty input parameter.

When I first unlink the template from the host, I can remove the step fine.
