    Zabbix lifecycle support policy

    Hi,

We currently are using Zabbix standard release 4.4. According to the lifecycle policy this release has a support window of 6 months (+ 1 month limited support).
This means the current version will expire om 30 April 2020.

Since the newest LTS release version 5.0 is still in beta, what does this mean for the support on version 4.4 standard release?.

In the case of the standard release, I think it was limited support for a month after the next version was released. If 5.0 was released in May, 4.4 limited support will end at the end of June.

      Thanks for the answer.
Could you also provide me with a source for this information. As the "Zabbix Life Cycle & Release Policy" page is not very clear on this.

Standard releases are made once every 6 months. LTS releases get 3 years of full support followed by 2 years of limited support (critical and security issues only). Standard releases get 6 months of full support until the next stable release, followed by 1 month of limited support (critical and security issues only).
