With Applications moved to tags, "latest data" should be groupable by tag

I love the change of moving applications to tags, but it has made the "latest data" screen considerably less usable.

Being able to group by tag would let it lay out the same as before while being more flexible.

With Zabbix 5.4, the "Latest data" screen will be able to be filtered by tags.
