Upgrade path from 5.0 LTS or 6.0 RC2 and later

Will there be an upgrade path from either 5.0 LTS or 6.0 rc2 or later to the released product?

I have a small environment (< 200 hosts) and I'd like something simple. I suppose it wouldn't be too hard to build again from scratch if I had to.
