Zabbix 3 UI bugs & enhancements

Hi Everyone

Just a couple of minor bugs I noticed in the UI.

1. Viewing Zabbix on iPad top bar and main screen have different alignment in both portrait and landscape mode.

2. In trigger overview screen vertical lines missing, for long screens it's difficult to see where you are looking as you get further down the page.
