    icmpping

I'm trying to use icmpping to see if a wireless access point is up.

I have type set to "Simple Check", key "icmpping", no units, no multiplier and everything else is set to the default.

When I goto View, Latest Data, Host the last check/value, change values show a "-".

    I'm using alpha 5.

Same issue with a print server. I can ping the device from the command line.

Try to modify your zabbix_server.conf and point to where you have fping installed. I copied it into /usr/local/zabbix/bin. Then you need to do a "chmod u+s" on the fping file.

        Hopefully this helps.
