BUG? Warning. Field [formula] is not double

I get the above error when trying to add or edit an item in a template group. My current work-around is to create an XML file of the item and import it, which works but is less than optimal. My Environment:

Fedora Core 6
zabbix 1.3.2 on
mysql-5.0.27-1.fc6
