web install for zabbix 1.3.2(beta) brocken

Hi
I'm trying to install zabbix 1.3.2(beta). I go through all the steps without any errors, but when i get to the end and click on finish, it just jumps back to the beginning.

I looked in the log files,but did not find anything ... Any idea what could be wrong ?
