Bug? User groups broken in 1.3.2

When adding a group in 1.3.2 and populating users, applying *any* permissions at all to the group results in killing everything. No hosts, templates, nothing shows up. This also kills users who are not in the group, including admin. The only fix is to remove the user group(s). Individual user accounts seem to work fine.

I see the exact same issue in 1.3.2.

Is this project still active? Seems like an easily repeatable bug like this would at least be acknowledged.
