zabbix 1.3.2 process does not start at all.

Hi. I just compiled and installed zabbix according the manual on Debian Etch amd64. Everything seems to be compiled and installed without any errors.
When I try to run zabbix_server nothing happens.

Can you advice? There is no logs, nothing.

I compiled everything according to manual with mysql database.
I get:

All files are in directory. When I try to run:
/usr/local/bin/zabbix_server

Nothing happens.
