1.3.3 Bug? array_push() error when enabling a disabled action

When enabling a previously disabled action in 1.3.3 I get the following error thrown to the screen:

* array_push() [function.array-push]: First argument should be an array[/usr/share/zabbix/actionconf.php:219]

the action seems to get enabled at any rate...
