PHP Max execution time error

Installing 1.3.3. When running the Web interface installer, I get a "PHP max execution time" Fail error. It is set at 30sec. What does this mean and how do I correct it?

Change your php.ini. Increase it to the value required for zabbix. For more information about it, take a look into php site.

the value required for 1.3.3 is 300
