mysql upgrade

I need some help, please

I had to upgrade mysql from 3.3 -> 4.3, and after that problems started.
Zabbix works but graphs dont get any data and i get query failed .......

Is there anything i can do besides reinstalling zabbix completely, or is that Zabbix just won't work with mysql 4.3.

I had problems with db too

I hade problems when my db crashed and I recovered it too. I think there is some problem with columns sorting. It changed from version to version.
I think graphs_items, there was change in columns sortorder . I am not sure if it is not only my mistake but I had to change this columns. Then I imported and graphs works.

Now it is little bit problem to make good backup of zabbix server.. I think it will be better with xml support planed in zabbix. It would be nice to make xml backup every day. History and trends are not so important as other tables so it is not so much space.
