Documentation on 1.3.3

The new beta release 1.3.3 contains some very interesting features like scenario based web monitoring.
But where can I find some more details on this feature ?

AFAIK no documentation has been released yet for 1.3.3 features. Once 1.3.3 is out of beta (and becomes 1.4), the documentation will probably be published then.

In the meantime the forum is a huge help. I don't know how to answer your question but I'm sure someone else here can.

Documentation is already there! It is in PDF format only, it will be converted to HTML later.
