1.3.4 action repeatdelay - sourcecode is vanished?!

It seems that this part of source code is deleted in 1.3.4

I want to implement escalating repeatdelays ( in this case time between alerts will be calculated by formula `(repeatdelay)*2^(n-1)', where n is count of alerts have been sent allready )

If not, what other variable is used for this and why `repeatdelay' is in DB scheme in 1.3.4?

It was initially planned to include support of escalations into 1.4. However it turned to be quite tough task because of many important design decisions. At the end, we decided to release 1.4 without escalations and without repeats (they didn't work well).

Support of escalations is still our priority!
