[1.3.6] Updating Zabbix Agents to "active" does not reload the active checks

Hi,

All my defined items where passive Zabbix Agents check. Using the "Mass update" feature of the configuration interface, I converted them all to "Zabbix agent (active)".

But, the list of check does not reload automatically on the agents, even after 2 to 5 minutes. I had to restart the agents to get them to poll for active checks. This looks like a bug to me.
