Issue with passive checks in Zabbix agents 1.3.6 and 1.3.7

I have:
zabbix server ver. 1.3.6
zabbix agents ver. 1.3.6 and 1.3.7

Passive checks in Linux agents don't work for both cases (for FreeBSD agents they work correct).
Could you please check this?

Please upgrade to 1.3.7. ZABBIX 1.3.6 had some serious issues on communication protocol level.
