[1.3.7] Action Emails and {HOSTNAME}

I have set an action to email when a trigger is activated in a host group. The email is sent ok but the macro {HOSTNAME} is not translated to the hostname.

e.g

Trigger - Server cts-howick2 is unreachable
cts-howick2:status.last(0)=2

Email - Subject: Server {HOSTNAME} is unreachable: OFF
Server {HOSTNAME} is unreachable: OFF

The issue was fixed in the latest SVN code.
