[1.3.7] - does SNMP discovery works for somebody?

I tried to test discovery module but half success. I am able to find smtp or www server. But not able to find SNMP device or server runing zabbix agent. I can see that process is scaning:

Get value from agent failed. Error: Cannot connect to [x.x.x.x:10050] [No route to host]

for hosts where zabbix agent is not runing. But no success to see functioning agents.

For SNMP I do not see any log. Only one message is still there:

Timeout while answering request

I do not know which request timeouted..

When you say latest code, you mean SVN or 1.3.8? I tested it with 1.3.8 and seems to be not working either.
