[1.3.8] agentd dies with active check enabled.

With active check enabled zabbix_agentd dies after start.
Here is the log with debug enabled:

But this issue remains in [1.4]

I saw that zabbix_agentd also dies in version 1.4.
The issue appears when active check is enabled and there is a log file check.

I don't know if you mean that this issue will be fixed in a future revision of 1.4.
In that case is a bit pretentius to qualify version 1.4 as stable.
