Trigger with state FALSE in triggers.php

    Hello

I have installed 1.4.1 with the frontend of the SVN version 1.4.2 of today. I need this frontend, because I can't otherwise edit triggers or items which monitors a tcp port.

Now I have the effect, when editing a trigger for example
    Code:
    {template:tcp,5001.max(#5)}<1
    and changing it to
    Code:
    {template:tcp,5001.max(#2)}<1
all hosts using this template have the trigger shown in "triggers.php" with state FALSE (blinking).

Is this a problem of mixing server (1.4.1) and frontend (1.4.2 SVN) ?

It is a feature of 1.4.2. Triggers which changed status within last 30 minutes (by default) will blink in the Status of Triggers screen.

Though I think that the trigger should appear there only in case
of TRUE->FALSE and FALSE->TRUE, but not UNKNOWN->FALSE and UNKNOWN->TRUE. We will fix this.

For the case UNKNOWN->TRUE, I think it's ok to show the trigger in triggers.php.

I mean TRUE->UNKNOWN->TRUE. I do not think it is worth to blink if a trigger didn't actually change its status. UNKNOWN normally means some temporary connection problems.

for me, this is good to know, because we have to know if there are network polling problems.
anyway, i think tihs should be selectable (As an option, for example)

            Hi,

Where could I adjust the 30 minutes parameter?
            With kind regards,

            Raymond

Is there any way to disable display of FALSE items in tr_status.php for 1.4.4?

When that option is selected, I see true, and some flashing false items - I only want to see the true, and not when the false have changed status

in define.inc.php there is TRIGGER_BLINK_PERIOD 1800, setting this define to 0 will disable showing blinking FALSE.

Maybe this should be an option in config somewhere instead? I think I'd prefere per user in this case maybe?

First thing I did was putting this to 0 when I read this thread. Though I just started implementing Zabbix and are trying a lot.
