v1.1a7 snmp error message if no nic is available

Hello,

this one might be less important but can be a bit uneasy.

If zabbix_server is running, but for some reason nor eth0 eth1 etc. is available, than zabbix_server sends lots of errormessages (snmp related, all the same) to the console, that makes it really hard to continue to work.

so when zabbix starts via init.d, you have to type "blind" ...including login etc. ...
