mseconds/1000?

Is mseconds/1000 correct in trunk/src/zabbix_server/pinger/pinger.c:345 (trunk@5076)?
Or should it rather be just mseconds?

Because from what I see in the log, I'd say these are miliseconds already:

Out to Log of Zabbix is mseconds
Value write in DB is seconds
