Zabbix 1.5 import problem

I'm testing the new beta zabbix 1.5 (27.12.2007) and I had try the import function. All my tests failed with this error : Host [***] skipped - Access deny.

I also make a test to export one host in a file and after I try to import from this file, but the error is the same...

The syntax for the import file is different of the export file or is a bug ?
