disabling gui access

trunk, revision 4745.
even if user 'guest' has gui access disabled, he can still access "Status of ZABBIX" report. is this intended or is it a bug ?

It's a bug. Fixed in rev. 5317

turns out i had specified root checkout directory revision - actual trunk revision i had was 5312 =)
