Documentation Zabbix DB-schema

Is there a any Zabbix's schema documentation?
or some documentation for the db-zabbix in mysql?

I am looking the zabbix's db-schema (MySQL) but I find some difficult to seen the relations between tables.

Mmm... browse the tables with MySQL query browser or any other graphical tool ? It's quite easy to understand as the schema is pretty straightforward.
