Zabbix 1.5 - Templates not showing under Applications Menus

In Zabbix 1.5 if you go to Configuration -> Hosts -> Select "Applications" the Group and Host drop down menus do not allow you to select any templates. But if you Create and application anyway you can select a template from the application creation form.
