[1.61pre] proxy with sqlite backend error

I get this error message within proxy:

2351:20081016:164108 Query failed [19]:columns hostid, key_ are not unique

hm, seems to be resolved after recreating database.
I have also seen this in some other post

I'm actually struggling with this issue and I don't understand why it is happening
