Zabbix-1.5.2 frontend setup errors

I edit 2 first lines of your patch as follows:

--- setup.inc.php (revision 5680)
+++ setup.inc.php (revision 5681)

I change dir to /usr/local/share/zabbix/include and then I run patch < patch

but I get:

patch: **** malformed patch at line 4: {


what's wrong?
