Monitoring apps run on windows 10

can Zabbix do the followings for 500 Windows 10 PC

- Monitor on win 10 enterprise sac 1709 (min)
- monitor and push patches to machine
- Report on machine utilization
- Able to black and white list
- Trigger alert when machine is inactive or offline
- Monitor user usage on internet for work related

I'm not really sure why you posted this in the "Zabbix for large environments" subforum...500 hosts isn't large...

Also, I don't get some of your questions...for example, the last one: Monitor user usage on internet for work related.
Zabbix can monitor bandwidth usage on any computer/server, but what you're asking is a layer 7 inspection, AKA Deep Packet Inspection, AKA spying.

And, what do you want to black and white list ? Users ? Computers ? Websites ? Emails ?
