Enable / Disable Specific Items on clients

Indeed, I found this entry but the purpose is to prevent a specific Zabbix server to execute some items on a final client.

I mean, is-it possible to setup different DenyKey and AllowKey configuration per server ?

Currently running Zabbix 5.0.1

2 application servers HA enabled
32G Memory
16G CPU
50GB Hard drive

1 database server
32G Memory
16G CPU
50GB OS
1.5TB MySQL DB

Currently 4000+ Linux servers and now I want to add 1000+ Linux and 1000+ AIX.
