Multi-tenant or Single-tenant advice

Hi I work for a large IT organisation who are wanting to migrate our customers for our old, homebrewed, antiquated monitoring solution to Zabbix for monitoring. We are wanting to utilise microservices architecture, containers, etc.

My question is that, what is recommended or advised in utilising Zabbix for monitoring customer environments with multiple objects for each customer? There is no 'SaaS' way of delivering this from what I understand (no GUI that just directs you to the correct database data/dashboard only for your environment).

What is the best way to deal with this as single-tenant is ofcourse more expensive to implement.

It's possible to use setup of RW rights to specific Host groups belongs to that customer/user and every customer/user can have his own Dashboard with his env only for example.
