Memcached or Redis for caching SQL queries

    Hi
Does anyone know whether the Zabbix supports Memcached or Redis to be used as a cache for sql queries? (I'm not asking for monitoring Memcached or Redis from Zabbix - I know it is possible).
Thanks in advance for the answer.

Zabbix does not use any external in-memory cache layer. Instead, it uses internal memory caches to speed up operations, see the various cache configuration directives in https://www.zabbix.com/documentation.../zabbix_server. Therefore it is important to monitor the Zabbix server internal metrics and adjust the configurations accordingly to keep the server running smoothly in large installations.
