Zabbix proxys are offline continous

Hello everyone!
I have some problems with zabbix 7 (high availability) where the proxies are offline, several times a day, we have already carried out several analyses from the network layer to its infrastructure to try to locate the reason for these drops.
Could someone help us with this problem? We've been trying to find the problem for over a month and we haven't been able to solve it.

I'd recommend capturing the proxy-server traffic and then looking at it in Wireshark when the problem occurs.

Also increasing the log level of the Zabbix processes can tell you more in the logs.
