Monitoring SQL SERVER 2000

Hello guys,

I need to help, i want to monitoring Microsoft SQL Server 2000 with Zabbix 1.4.1
I installed SQL SERVER on a 2k3 Server.

What's i must write on the file : zabbix_agentd.conf
and the key for create item like "perf_counter...."

There is a template in the wiki for SQL server. I have not tested it on SQL Server 2000 but I dont see any issues with it not working on SQL 2000.
