    Keep trigger until acknowleged?

I have a problem understanding the right trigger syntax to keep trigger in true state until it is acknowleged by our support staff. This will really help to identify minor warning triggers (that dont need a mail or sms alert) that activated over night.

I only found the following post about this: http://www.zabbix.com/forum/showthre...er+acknowleged but I don't quite understand the part that keeps the trigger true.

Can someone help me with this?

    Thanks in advance

I think that a trigger can only change its state if its condition are not required anymore.
In the link u gave, the user try to add the trigger state in the trigger condition but i dont know if it can work like this.

So there is no way to keep the trigger in the monitoring trigger overview even if the actual problem is resolved?
