Monitor web from zabbix agent

Hello people!

I have been using zabbix two months now. I like the interface too much and the graphics. Simple and nice.

Let me ask you a question. Is possible to monitor a web (url) from a zabbix agent?

I have many agents running in different countrys, my goal is monitor the corporate web from the different agents across the world.

Is this possible? Or i have to some programming to make this happen?
Any help is welcome.
