howto configure a LDAP simple check

Hello,

I compiled zabbix server 1.4.5 on Linux with ldap (--with-ldap).

But I cannot figure out how to create a LDAP simple check in Zabbix, did not found anything in the forum or in the docs about it.

Can anyone please tell me how to,
