How to start and stop monitoring from remote command line?

Hi!

I would like to know how to stop and start the monitoring of a device (server) from a remote command line?

I want to do this when I reboot a Windows server intentionally with a script, I dont want a zabbix alert!

I don't think there is a way to do that, except from editing directly in the database... Otherwise you should just disable the host in the web interface.

I will not stop the monitoring then restart it manually for 200 servers

I think this has been discussed before. ( search the Forum)

Anyway, maybe u could include a zabbix_send in your stop script, which sets some value and make all your triggers for this host depend on that value/trigger??
