send text(type of information) to trigger

When i use "text" as type of information and send to to trigger, the trigger does not fire. The value of text comes from a variable. This can be multilines/multicharacters.

Could someone show the sample to the text usage in zabbix or what a trigger should have to store the value of the text contained?
