Get value from agent failed. Error: Cannot connect to **** [Interrupted system call]

Hi,

I have a problem with four servers, zabbix server doesn't get any data.

The error that appears in server's logs is :
Get value from agent failed. Error: Cannot connect to **** [Interrupted system call]

I have searched in that forum if this problem occurs to anyone, and I tried the solutions that some persons gived. So I doesn't worked :
- I have increased the timeout in zabbix_server.conf, from 5 to 30
- I have increased the number of trappers in zabbix_server.conf, StartTrappers, from 5 to 50
- I have increased the TrapperTimeout, from 5 to 30

What can I do now ?

The other systems are running zabbix_agent and you properly configured the zabbix_agentd.conf file to point to the zabbix_server right?

Can the Zabbix server system ping the other agent hosts?

One of the problems was solved today with network's team.

The first server hadn't got the good route.

I am sorry, it was definitely not a misconfiguration of zabbix.

it seems it helped me in this situation which is described in subject.
