Hello
I have configured IT-Services but ran into a little strange issue.
I have a tree like this
root
- Sweden
-- secc281
secc281 is linked to a trigger "Server unreachable"
Sweden depends on secc281
Now the funny bit is that if I kill zabbix agent on secc281 the trigger fires so the trigger works.
The PARENT object starts to count down the SLA correctly but the secc281 object itself remains at 100% SLA even though its parent correctly counts down as time passes
It seems strange that the parent objects correctly lower the SLA but the object of the actual problem itself, i,e the object that has the trigger on it does NOT count down.
Is this a known issue or not?
