Windows Performance Monitoring Context Switches/sec ???

can someone tell me the item for the context switches/sec on windows 2003 serves

You can add this as a performance counter for that -

\System\Context Switches/sec

To see any performance counter you can use on a Windows platform (provided typeperf is there), go to a DOS prompt and type typeperf -qx > perfcount.txt

That will put them into a text file at the directory where you typed that command. It will be quite extensive... 15,000+ items.
