Different media based on severity

Hi,

I'd like to receive alerts via different means depending on severity. So, receive normal via email, but high or disaster via SMS. The only way I can see how to do this is to create two users per human, and set one to have SMS media, and the other to have email media. Then, just configure the alerts as normal.

This seems like a silly way to solve this problem. Is there a proper way to do this?

I must be going crazy. I've no idea why I didn't spot that. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. Just as well I asked, rather than doubling the number of users!
