Approx. Database sizes out in wilderness

    Hi,

in my company here we're still evolving either we will use nagios or zabbix for monitoring our network and services and I wonder how huge my database will grow.

I would be glad if somebody would share their experience with us and give me approx. values of how many hosts/items/triggers they use and how huge their zabbix database has grown by now and since when they are monitoring with zabbix.

    TIA and Regards,
    Frank.

    Hi,

    here are my stats :

    Number of triggers: 470
    Number of items: 969
    Number of hosts: 106

The Zabbix MySQL database is currently at 821MB.

    Hope this helps,

    Jonathan

Thanks. Since when do you monitor with zabbix (amount of days, so I can see the MB/Day growth).

      Regards,
      Frank.
