Actions do not execute!

and i think you are true:

if i add new conditions: Trigger =
and select
group: templates host: my_template
trigger dont work

but, if i select
group: my_group host: my_host
trigger works ok

I have a similar case now. My version is 1.8.2.
Sometimes the trigger works and sometimes it doesnt. it was working but for the last two weeks suddenly stopped working. 1st the emails were coming in a very delay time. Maybe like 30-45mins late. Now, it doesnt come at all in some cases. Other times, comes one. It is very random.

Definitely not the same problem, as described in this topic. Back then the problem was poor documentation that described how to configure actions in 1.6.
If you say, that everything was working before, and you haven't upgraded anything on Zabbix, then maybe you have a problem with your e-mail server.
Check from Zabbix (Monitoring > Events) that those alerts appear there, and that actions are ok. Also you can check your e-mail server queue for any messages waiting for delivery.
