    Automatic monitoring of trunk-ports (cisco)

    Hi !
The situation at my workplace is the following:
we have about 500 switches in our network, i have created templates for each model, and have gotten autodiscovery to automatically link each switch to it's speceific models template, BUT i only want to monitor ports that are set to trunk-mode (we have no use for monitoring access-ports), has anyone got any bright idea on how to accomplish this ?

(edit) that is, i allready now thanks to some SNMP OID if the port is in trunk-mode, but how do i get zabbix to enable/disable checks on a port if it is in trunk-mode.

So how I can find trunk-mode on Cisco, which OID is used for it?

OID: 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.5.1.9.3.1.8 (vlanPortIslOperStatus) part of the cisco-stack-mib

      Values:

      1 : trunking
      2 : notTrunking
